By accessing CryptoCopilot (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the service

CryptoCopilot is a free cryptocurrency market data analysis tool. The Platform calculates technical indicators and statistics from public historical data for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide investment services, financial advice, asset management or financial brokerage of any kind.

Nothing on the Platform should be construed as an offer, recommendation, signal, advice or opinion regarding the suitability of buying, selling or holding any asset. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer.

2. Age requirement — Access prohibited to minors

🔞 ACCESS IS PROHIBITED TO ANYONE UNDER 18. Use of this Platform is strictly restricted to adults as defined by the law of their country of residence, and in any case to persons aged 18 or over. If you are a minor you must leave the Platform immediately and may not create an account. CryptoCopilot reserves the right to delete any account it becomes aware is held by a minor.

To access Platform features you must be at least 18 years old and hold a Bitget account opened through our referral link. By registering you confirm on your own responsibility that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or compromising system security.
  • Reverse engineering, mass scraping or any use that harms the service.
  • Redistributing or commercialising Platform data without written authorisation.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. CryptoCopilot is not liable for consequences arising from unauthorised access to your account due to inadequate security precautions on your part.

5. Bitget API keys

If you connect a Bitget API key, it is stored encrypted on our servers. CryptoCopilot only uses it to read account data (positions, balances). We never place orders or withdraw funds. We strongly recommend using read-only API keys.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoCopilot, its owners, employees and collaborators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. See our Risk Disclaimer for details.

7. Service availability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Unregulated service and geographic restrictions

CryptoCopilot is not a regulated financial service and is not authorised, registered or supervised by any financial regulatory body, including but not limited to the SEC or CFTC (USA), the FCA (UK), BaFin (Germany), or any regulator under the MiCA framework or equivalent.

Use of this Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing CryptoCopilot is lawful in your country or region of residence before using it. In particular, US residents should note that certain activities related to digital assets may be subject to specific regulations. CryptoCopilot does not actively direct its services to residents of jurisdictions where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

CryptoCopilot's own code, design and content belong to its creators. Market data belongs to its respective providers.

9. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Independence from Bitget

CryptoCopilot is not a partner, affiliate, sponsor or representative of Bitget, nor of any of its subsidiaries or related companies. There is no commercial agreement, partnership or corporate relationship between CryptoCopilot and Bitget beyond the ordinary use of their public API and referral programme, which is available to any developer.

Bitget is a registered trademark of its respective owners. Any mention of Bitget on this Platform is purely descriptive and informational. CryptoCopilot recommends Bitget solely because it considers it a suitable platform for retail cryptocurrency trading, without this implying any endorsement, guarantee or shared liability.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the service provider is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
